Shipping policy

Shipping Regions
We currently ship within Canada only.
We do not offer shipping to the United States or international destinations.
Shipping Rates

Orders under $100:
Flat shipping fee of $10, paid by the customer. -
Orders of $100 or more:
Free shipping, except in cases where the actual carrier cost is unusually high (see Remote Areas & High Shipping Costs).
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout according to these rules.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
- Delivery typically takes 3–12 business days, depending on your province and carrier service.
- A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been shipped.
Remote Areas & High Shipping Costs
Certain Canadian regions may incur exceptionally high carrier fees or remote-area surcharges.
If the actual shipping cost is significantly higher than:
- our flat $10 fee (orders under $100), or
- the free-shipping allowance (orders over $100),
So Morocco reserves the right to:
1️⃣ ask the customer to pay the additional shipping cost,
or
2️⃣ cancel and fully refund the order if the customer does not wish to proceed.
This applies regardless of the order amount, even for orders above $100.
Wrong or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order.
- No refunds will be issued for shipping costs already incurred.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once the package is handed over to the carrier:
- So Morocco is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
- So Morocco is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
- Any transit damage must be reported directly to the carrier using the tracking number provided.
We will, however, do our best to assist you in opening a claim with the carrier if needed.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our Ottawa location when shown at checkout.
An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
