Return & Refund Policy

At So Morocco, we carefully curate our products to ensure quality and satisfaction. If, however, your purchase does not fully meet your expectations, we are happy to offer returns under the conditions below.

 

 

Returns

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are:

• In their original packaging, and
• Unopened or gently used, with at least 75% of the product remaining.

Products that show signs of excessive use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

 

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, and if it meets the above conditions, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Non-Refundable Items

 

Gift cards (gift certificates) are final sale, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
